The Relationship Between Virtual and Real Image of Tourism Operators

Abstract:
The wide diffusion of the Internet and of the new technologies in communication and business have dramatically changed the way we live. This change has an important influence in many fields of activity and especially for the tourism sector, considered to be one of the most successful areas on the Web. The influence of the Internet is so high that there is a direct relationship between the appreciation of the virtual online presence for an operator and its image in the “real” world.
